Radiators

Innovita aluminum radiators are designed in Italy, using parts and materials conforming to European standards. Specialised alloys and high quality parts such as gaskets, nipples, treatment and paint materials sourced from trusted Italian suppliers ensure quality and safety.

All the radiators pass through a three stage paint process, which includes pre-treatment of the surface, liquid paint for 100% coverage of the inside and outside surfaces, and powder paint for outside surface finishing.

Innovita radiators are manufactured in a fully automated assembly line, fully robotic die-casting, pressure testing, a three-stage treatment and paint line, and strict quality control. All models have CE certification, thus offering an assurance of quality for every one of our radiators.

The variety of models and the flexibility of the number of sections means that consumers can find the one that suits them, and can upgrade their model easily. Innovita radiators are easy to install and the need for fewer sections reduces costs drastically. They are also compatible with a wide variety of heating systems, and types of thermostatic and timer valves.

General

What are the advantages of aluminium radiator to other types of radiators?

After gold, silver and copper, aluminium is the most heat conductive element. Aluminium is also the second most widely available element in nature and as such is cost effective. Aluminium radiators are lighter, easier to install, and have the highest heating capacity compared to other radiators.

What are the advantages of Innovita's aluminium radiators to available steel radiators?

Higher heating capacity, easier to install, flexibility in number of sections, and lighter.

What are the advantages of Innovita's aluminium radiator to other aluminium radiators?

Innovita’s aluminium radiators are designed in Italy, have the highest heating capacity of available radiators, highest durability against corrosion, highest quality and durability of paint, and do not include any harmful materials such as asbestos in the gaskets or lead in paint.

What are the benefits of high heating capacity of the sections?

This reduces the number of elements/sections required to heat any given area thus reducing the cost of purchase to the customer.

Why are Innovita's aluminium radiators resistant to corrosion?

All Innovita radiators are specially chemically treated, coated and then painted including the insides. This process provides a layer paint inside the radiators that reduces the contact of water with the aluminium which is the cause of corrosion.

What are the health and safety benefits of using Innovita aluminium radiators?

Innovita does not use standard harmful asbestos based gaskets such as many of the other manufacturers instead using silicon based gaskets. Also Innovita uses the highest quality paint from BASF which is lead-free again, unlike many of our competitors.

Can sections/elements be added and/or removed?

Yes.

How many years of warranty do Innovita aluminium radiators have?

10 years.
